HoH build idea...
For all you traditional IWAYers, don't read this. I'm a person of change. I think that things get boring after awhile and it's due time some of them are changed.
For my build i use:
3 Warriors
1 Trapper
1 Prot monk
1 tainted
2 ele air spikers
You may think this is odd.. and i'll admit it is. You may say "but iway dosnt need monk!!!!!"
Wrong
If you didnt need a monk, you wouldnt die. The trappers everyone thinks are sooooooo important when in reality, eles would help out more (In my opinion). The eles give the ability to take out one foe at a time easier. What are the trappers going to do? sit back and shoot 10 damage arrows at them? Or wait! Maybe they'll go up and try to trap and get interrupted and DIE! The tainted is obvious why you need it. I hope some of you will try this build. i dont know if it already exists, or if it has a name. My guild uses it alot, and we like it.

a build usually requires skills not just professions.

1. you dont have enough pets to make IWAY last 50 seconds.
2. you lose the entire idea of pressuring the enemy team, since you only have 3 warriors.
3. you dont have enough dps without the orders, and you dont have enough healing (no OoV).
4. not enough players to take all of the spirits, rev animal and sprint (unless you make the eles part ranger, which hurts them considerably).
it could work, im not saying it wont, but it's not IWAY...
try something like this:
4 W/R (normal IWAY build, 3 axe 1 sword with hundred blades)
1 R/Me (trapper, takes winnowing, traps and resolve)
1 N/Mo (your prefered order necro build)
1 N/E (your prefered tainted necro build)
1 Mo/Me:
1. strength of honor
2. blessed sig
3. mantra of inscriptions
4. balthasar's aura
5. judge's insight
6. SoJ (whichever one you prefer, i prefer shield)
7. smite hex (nobody likes spiteful spirit)
8. res sig
normal IWAY only with a smiter acting as a secondary orderer and a person smiting through the warriors, helping damage.
i find this the most effective IWAY, although nobody likes to run it with me (nobody likes monks in IWAY teams).

Hmm good point. Maybe instead of W/R, we could have W/Mo that could protect themselves, and maybe W/E with air ele. The build that my guild uses sometimes works faily well when we do it, if we cooperate. Ill tell my guild about my new idea lol. thanks for the tips.

If the warriors aren't W/R with pets and running IWAY you can't really call it IWAY. In your zeal to break the IWAY mold you have created... a fairly benign pressure build. =P

Yeah to call it IWAY would be to call Michael Jackson straight.
Get my drift?
